Refund, Cancellation and Return Policy
We are responsible for what we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items to us within 14 days of delivery to get a 100% refund.
Return of New/unopened items: We value our relationship with you and offer a return policy for most products that you purchase directly from this website. You may return most new, unopened items sold if unwanted or need to be exchanged. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving the product in order to receive a full refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Return of Damaged items: You may return a product that was damaged during shipping. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving the product in order to receive a full refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Depending on the product, we may ask you to pack the damaged item(s) along with the packing slip securely in a box and send it back to us. Refunds will not be given until the item is received at our location.
Refund of Shipping charges: We can only refund shipping costs if your return is due to any of the following reasons:
